We at Real Estate by Gardewik offer viewing tours that mainly focus on new construction and projects that are still under construction. But if we do not find what you are looking for among the new projects, we will also show second-hand homes that meet your wishes (see our terms and conditions).

We will book a hotel for you once we have agreed on the dates for the flight and viewing. You book and pay for the plane tickets yourself. In this way, you have full control over arrival and departure as well as the choice of airport. (The cost of the ticket is refunded when purchasing new construction).

TO BE ABLE TO BOOK

  • You must intend to buy a property on the Costa Blanca.
  • Participate in Real Estate by Gardewik's scheduled viewing program.
  • Present a proof of funding or similar.
  • Participate in the planning of the trip and desired criteria with flexible travel dates.
  • A booking fee of €90 per person.

CRITERIA

  • Available rooms at the selected hotels. A planned and booked viewing trip with Real Estate by Gardewik before departure.
  • Sundays are excluded because all new projects are closed.
  • In order to receive a refund of the flight tickets, you must present the relevant tickets.
  • Attend the scheduled viewing during the trip.
  • Refunds are made when a reservation contract has been signed and the down payment has been paid.
  • The included extra equipment only applies from selected stores and suppliers.

If you use Real Estate by Gardewik's viewing tour to look at homes and projects with other agents, on your own or if you do not wish to attend the viewing, Real Estate by Gardewik reserves the right to cancel the hotel and possibly bill you for hotel and expenses.
